Production & operations software

A suite of Python web-app tools for production, shipping, procurement, and team communication, used daily by every employee at XBoat, which eventually replaced our ERP's functionality in-house.

XBoat ran on scattered spreadsheets when I joined. I first restructured our MRPEasy ERP into a system of 400 SKUs so leadership had accurate inventory and cost visibility on tight margins.

From there I built Python web-app tools covering production, shipping, procurement, and internal communication. Every employee used them daily, and over time they took over the ERP's functionality in-house.

Part of that work was procurement forecasting, which cut over- and under-ordering and made contingency planning possible.
